The 2009 slightly revised cover art for the Hitchhiker's Guide to British Sci-Fi podcast. The artwork here is inspired by the classic special effects which were common in British science fiction on television in the late 70's to the early-to-mid 80's (i.e. Blake's 7, Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Tripods, Doctor Who, etc.).
